I got my tax checks back and got about 190 bucks back, so I decided to go ahead and get a dvd burner and a 50 pack of dvd's from newegg... Then I figured that if I'm gonna be able to burn dvd's, I might as well get those swapmagic discs for PS2 and the slide card, so I ordered that from here. The site looked legit enough, it's based in the US so it shouldn't take too long to get here, and the slide card is bundled in with the discs so I won't have to order them from different places or anything. Along with the printer and Time Crisis I would have to say that I've spent a lot of money in the past week... I figure i deserve it for working so much and not spending money on anything.
I'm happy I'll finally be able to burn cd's again, my burner right now is broken.
I've been spending lots of money lately, and I've been feeling guilty about spending it. I bought Time Crisis 3 with the guncon2 included for 60 bucks, then I just bought a new printer/scanner/copier for 100 bucks. I plan on drawing some stuff and seeing how cool I can make it look just by playing with random photoshop stuff.
Expect a huge update in the near or distant future...
I resubscribed anarchy online, but it's because they have a great great deal that ends june 1. Basically if you have an old AO account, you can get both of the expansions and another 30 day trial period for 15 bucks. That seems worth it to me.
I'm not quitting CoH, I'm just going to be playing both until the AO trial runs out.
downloaded the new slipknot, those guys are some tricky guys. They put a bunch of soft radio songs on their album, and then they sneak a few crazy grindcore borderline dying fetus songs, maybe they're trying to scare the mtv kids that are potentially going to buy their album because of the pretty radio songs on there (they make up almost half the album, slipknot, i'm disappointed in you)
i should really go to sleep now
