Lord of the rings comes out tonight at midnight and I get to work. But I get to work with JP and he's cool, and he'll get us pizza. Man jp is so cool. I gotta work today in about an hour also, but it's probably not gonna be very busy so I'll just probably stand around and read my book like I usually do on tuesdays. Stephen King's Insomnia is a really good book and it's cool. Some people tell me they saw the movie but they didn't make a movie for Stephen King's Insomnia, the Insomnia movie with Robin Williams and Al Pacino was a different story altogether and had nothing to do with the book I'm reading, so forget about the dumb movie cause it sucks.
I ordered that set of creative labs inspire t5400 speakers and another stick of 512 pc3200 DDR monday, and they didn't ship it until tuesday... but it's gonna come in today and I'm happy. I was kind of pissed that they didn't ship it until tuesday when I ordered it on the crack of dawn monday morning, but the fact that it managed to get here within two days of them shipping it makes me happy and I'm happy that I"m getting my stuff. Now I'll have a faster comp and also surround sound that is awesome. Because surround sound is awesome.
Oh yeah, I hit level 30 and I'm a bard now in FFXI. It's kind of weird because I can cast bard spells without it costing anything, and I can actually wear some of the weaker armor instead of being limited to cloth shit like my white mage. My guy looks super cool now and he can wield swords and he kicks ass. I'm still not sure if I'm going to stay bard because I haven't experienced the partying aspect of the job yet since I've only made it to level 8. Hopefully I'll be hitting 10 tomorrow and I'll be able to mess around with parties (IN FASTER COMPUTER SURROUND SOUND GOODNESS). That is all.
I feel less inclined to update when I'm at a LAN... I figure, most of the people that read this site are in the same room as me anyway, so why bother posting stuff that people already know anyway...
I don't feel well today. I feel like I caught a cold or something, and it sucks. I know that I'm going to absolutely hate working tomorrow. My dad got the flu and that sucks too, because him getting the flu is like when the indians got smallpox and it killed off millions of them because they didn't have immunities towards it. Well, maybe not that bad, but it's still pretty bad considering he's already pretty messed up as it is.
I played ffxi for around 10 hours today, and it made me really tired. I got a lot of stuff done in the game but right now I just need to take a break from it. I'll probably play it tomorrow morning before I go to work because I'm probably gonna go to sleep really soon and then play for four hours tomorrow morning (maybe not that long, I have to work at 10am)
