I've been playing GTA san andreas and it is cool. One of the best games I've played in a long time, really. I love the theme of the game and the soundtrack, even the country music station has funny country songs so I listen to that too. Overall a great game.
I've been really busy with stuff though. Hence the lack of updates. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get my life on track without having to neglect other stuff but it's tough when I'm pretty much busy every night and working almost every day. I'm probably going to quit my job at starworld though, in search of greener pastures. Maybe a job that pays better and appreciates my hard work a little more, maybe a job that gives a raise when I'm promoted or something. Benefits would be cool too. I'm completely clean so drug tests aren't even a problem anymore. My teeth are falling apart and my appendix is swelling up every other month to the point where it's hard to move without being in extreme pain. So some benifits would definitely be nice... it would be awesome if I was provided health care already like some other inferior countries, but I'm a dreg on society by america's standards so I'm gonna have to make due.
war more years!
Posted by at November 3, 2004 03:32 AMIs it(San Andreas) really worth getting? I can't decide if I wanna buy it or just rent it and beat it.
Posted by: Yeti at November 3, 2004 03:56 AMwho the fuck is Yeti. I hope this isnt spam. yeah San andreas is awesome.

Posted by: joe at November 3, 2004 11:30 AMhope your appendix feels better. Yeah, Canada has that too (health care free, not a bad appendix).
It's not that Starworld doesn't appreciate you, it's that home office sucks, big time.
Posted by: JP at November 3, 2004 11:56 PMummm, guys, lots of countries have free healthcare.... you americans are perhaps the only "advanced" country that doesn't provide any kind of free health care....
Canada, Europe, maybe even Australia have free healthcare.... tell your incompetant president to get with the program.
Posted by: Jay at November 5, 2004 01:46 AMYeah, when I said "inferior" countries, I was being sarcastic... Many americans are arrogant and think that the US is the best country in the world, even though there are many other countries that are just as good, if not better. Our incompetent president doesn't care about us though, he's too busy spending our money on fighting terrorism... wherever the oil is at.
Posted by: joe at November 5, 2004 02:02 AMI am no expert on how free health care works, and actually know little about it, but.. if we did have it, then there wouldn't be much need of health insurance, so whereas, yes, your taxes would go up, you would no longer be paying for insurance.
Though I agree that it would seem that the quality of care might go down, though b/c of the stuipd insurance companies, prices for health care are so high, and b/c of stupid people suing for anything they can, malpractice insurance is going up for doctors and many are quitting.... but anyways.............. that's something different.
Posted by: JP at November 7, 2004 04:07 AMmy french teacher was telling us that you can switch doctors or whatever with no problem.
Posted by: Nick at November 7, 2004 01:25 PMJust cuz healthcare is free doesn't mean you can't switch doctors... if you dont like your present doctor then take your CareCard and go see someone else for free... I myself have 2 places I go to.
Coming up Friday I'm going to see a 3rd doctor to get my shots for working in Asia.
Posted by: Jay at November 7, 2004 09:28 PMAh, well, I am glad that it works out. I just know that there are more cons then pros to social healthcare. Though if they could find a way to make it work, then I'm all for it. Until then....::shrug::
