Today the exploder got his new best friend, my new Alpine CD/MP3 player. The best part is I had it installed for free while I was working because there is a best buy across the street. So I drove over there, and did a little shopping and found a pretty cool cd player that was recommended by the best buy dude man. CD/MP3/FM and MP3 text too, that was the main thing I wanted with my mp3 cd player. Retail at best buy was 155 but the guy said he would knock it down 10.00 for me, so I went ahead and bought it. Installation was free, and I didnt need to purchase any additional instalation shit, because the last cd-player I got was from best buy, and my same kit worked with my new one. I'm suprised to say that the sound quality IS better, although it could prolly sound way awesome with some new speakers, but I'm not going to go that far with the car I have now. My old cd player was starting to die, it was very picky about cd's I played, randomly shutting down during specific brands, or not playing a freshley burned cd. The volume never went the direction you tried to turn it to, and about every 5 months the sound will just start going up while you're driving..... It was for the best that I let it go.

I finished my book today, just now. I read most of the ending last night, but I stayed awake to long. It was an awesome book, and a most terribly sad book.

A Nick Rant

So I've got lots of things i'd like to talk about today, first would be many thanks for Brain's, he was burried a few days ago, and we had a nice funeral, flowers, stuff like that :) Thanks again. He will be missed.

But on to what I'd like to talk about today, I can sum most of it with one word, Fuck People. Well that's two words. To start off, the whole San Andreas thing, I'm tired of polotions, and like Erik said "Mom groups" who don't want their kids, or their country exposed to sex, violence, drugs, yada yada. Of course untill now, their efforts have only been anoying, and they could not effect the game because of freedom of speach. But Rockstar had put in a graphic sex game in SA that they chose not to use in the game, but of course some l33t hax0r found his way into it, and also the ps2 and xbox version as well. So yesterday (Wed) I had to put all Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas stuff in a box, and ship it away. The reason that most people are not selling SA is because the game just got a AO (Adult Only) rating, and Gamestop, Walmart, Bestbuy and anyone else you can think of, does not sell Adult Only games. So now Rockstar has haulted production of their game, and recalled their copys, where in the next 2 weeks they will re-issue the real Mature game, without the Sex mod hidden deep inside of it's dirty core. I know JP has already talked about this, but I figured I would rant as well.

Second! Harry Potter: The Half-Blood Prince, came out last saturday. Knowing how people are on the internet (the 5th book was spoiled for me because of Madoshi, and the filthy little assholes they are) I refused to go to any user posting areas, where someone could make a thread, or leave a comment where they might ruin the ending to my beloved book. I even deleted Madoshi off of my bookmarks, because routine would have sent me their on accident. A few days went by, I had swiftly been reading, getting about half of the book done. I figured I would play some WoW for a while, because I had the next day off and I hadnt had much time to play as of late. While me and pepe were fighting in Feralas, someone on the guild chat shouted the ending of Harry Potter. Actually someone had brought up the book, and before the comment was made I clearly wrote "No one say anything I'm still reading it". Then BOOM, there it was, the most terrible line in history, and I didnt get to read it for myself, I had to see fucking Brando the fucking lvl 60 Hunter say it. So naturally I blow up with anger, start cussing and telling him how much of a fuck head he is (and that he is) and the guild errupts in arguing and fighting about nerds, harry potter, and books. After taking advise form the guild leader, I turned off my guild chat so I wouldnt be provoked. Minutes later Brando is kicked from the guild. I must say that I might have quit the guild in anger if he wasnt removed for being such a dick. Not only did he ruin it, but he rubbed it in, and kept telling me what happened, with more details following each line. He actually called me a NERD for reading, during this time all of us were playing an online game that you pay monthly for at 1:30 am.....so the irony was pretty heavy at this point.

Anyways, I'm still not done with my book, prolly another 200 pages, I'll prolly finish tomorrow, or Saturday. I'm over the anger, but I'm still disipointed that it's near impossible for people on the internet to not spoil things that are popular.

Yesterday afternoon Brains left his aquatic world, and our own. Ashley's oranda goldfish has been wonderful to have around, and will be missed throughout Norman, and Oklahoma. I am deeply sad to see him go, he was a cool fish to have around and no other was like him. I bought brains for Ashley a year and one month ago, at the time Ashley new nothing of fish, or keeping fish but over the past year she has trained herself with more knowledge about taking care of fish than me. I really hate to say good bye, but it is time. Tonight at 7:00 pm, we will have a funeral at the Townhouse in the backyard, where Brains will be burried. I ask anyone who ever allowed Brains to touch their hearts to please come, and wear orange if possible. Please tell others because this is very important to Ashley.

He made it

Joe hasnt been in contact the past few days, although I am also late on 2 days that I do know of....Sorry, I'll go back through and give a reaccount of his past 4 days.

We got a text msg this morning around 8am, he made it! Joe is safe and sound in chicago, it took him less than 2 weeks, a week and 4 days! I'll get more detailed later, but for now I must go to work!
