Everything is perfect Erik! I haven burned a dual Layered DVD yet, or tested out the extra usb/firewire (both pin types :) ) but I bet they are fine cause I'm awesome. I did'nt have any real problems with the computer, just took my time and figured it out, it's pretty simple, everything is labled and once you know what everything is, it goes by fast. I had some trouble finding where to plug the power button cords into the motherboard, but with some trail and error, things were booting up in no time. At first, I had a problem installing windows, I planned on doing a repair, and it wasnt working, the reason is I picked the wrong HD when I was booting, but windows didnt care, so I got blue screens and I was very confused. Luckly, after I got some sleep from the night before, I was able to figure it out. (I was up to 4:30 last night working on it and had work at 9 :( and worked till 6, and im still up right now.)
HLDM looks awesome, I havent had time for WoW yet, it's been a crazy night. DM runs perfecto! The gig of ram makes everything so nice, just an alt tab away from my desktop instantly at any time, it's a nice feeling.
Oh and my microphone works perfect now, just like Erik said it would after the new comp got here.........I think Erik has magic powers.
Ok, well I have to sleep because I have to start packing tomorrow because I work from 29th -1st, and I move in the 1st, so I have no time to move in, except beween shifts, so everything must be packed by saturday night. Whew this wll be fun.
OH and im not going to spell check this, or re read it, I'm very tired and shoudlnt have done this update at all, its almost 4. Christ my eyes are bleeding fire red lava!

Back in Norman for the time being, just got done playing Half-Life Deathmatch with Token and Joe, and it was really fun. Gotta play that more often.
Grades are in for school, everything went as planned, and french is over. Thank god. Now to finish enrollment :(
Summer is going full force, I've started my new position at work, and it's actually alot of fun, I enjoy always being the one in charge, and running the store and making all the choices.
When I wake up tomorrow, I'm going to order my new computer on New Egg. It's been almost 3 years since it was built. It did a good job, but it's time to retire most of my parts and upgrade it all. I'll be getting a new proc, new mobo, new video card, and 2 sticks of 512 ram. oh and a dual layered dvd burner. If i order this tomorrow, I think it will come in on Thursday, so I'll have time to "try" to put it together, I might have to call Erik while he is working to ask him some questions.

So Thats one A, one B, and 3 more classes to go. I took my Religions of China final today and I think it went well, I am aiming for a C in that class :( But thats a good grade for that class. I know what I got in French, basicly if I don't do terrible on the final, I will keep a passing grade, and that's all I care about. Then my film class is kinda in the air, its kinda a hard class, I might get a C in there, so a mediocre report card.
Well school is shaping up to end nicely. I took my Communications final on Wednesday, and it went well. I should get a B or even an A in that class. On Thursday, I got ready for my History final all day only to find out that I could "clep" out of it. Before he handed out the test, he said "Out of your 3 exams (including the final) if the two lowest scores are between 15 points, I will drop the lowest test" So everyone was like "Then if we like our first two grades, can we just drop the final", yes we could, so almost the whole class left. I got a 86 and a 92 on my first two tests, so he doubles the lowest, my 86 and that becomes my final grade, and to me that was better than I was hoping for on the Final, cause it was a bit harder than the two tests before. Happy days are here again, I've locked an A in that class as well.
The past week, I've been under the impression that my final for French was at 8:00am Monday morning, but it turns out that it's not till Thursday and that means that I don't have 2 finals tomorrow, only one. My religions of China class, a very very hard class... But it's open book, and I've been studying and preparing my notes for it, so I hope to get a B or C on the test, and keep a C in the class. Worst class I've ever taken in college, it's been very hard, hundreds of pages a reading a week, and a essay due once a week as well. He is a Yale graduate, and expects a lot out of us.
Anyways, my last final is on Friday, then I'm all done for school. Don't know when I'll be coming home, prolly for Star wars, and that weekend following, so I'll be coming to the LAN then for sure. My sister also will be graduating that weekend too, so all good things. I'll bring my Dog home during that weekend, so I'll have to bring her over so you all can meet her.
Ok, now to the gaming section, Girls and Girlfriends alike should not read this because it only angers them, like my Ashley, who detests games and me while I play them. You hath been warned!
Yeah so Guild Wars took a 180 this weekend, after leaving the noob area the game turned from cool, to fucking great. As you read in Joe's website, me and him were randomly placed on teams and had to fight each other, and his team kicked my team’s ass. Although it was my first battle, he still won (dickbag). I havent played yesterday or today too much because I've been working all damned weekend, and been studying for finals in-between work. I look forward to finishing Monday, so I can sit down and play Guild Wars and World of Warcraft a fuckton to relieve myself the pressures of school. But yeah, I expect J.P. Erik, and Token to purchase these games ASAP to join Joe, Max, and I in our adventures. I would also like to stress to James and Adam about the awesomeness of this game, and how fun it is (especially with your friends). Pick it up, or at least create a Character on Max's computer and get past the newb zone.
On that note, I'm gonna do a little reading and then play for an hour or so, then Ashley, my roommate, and Puma are gonna watch a movie!
OH P.S.NIGS, Tomorrow around 5 I will be going into my new store for my "Interview" for my new position as SGA for the Funcoland (Gamestop) position by Crossroads Mall! Go higher pay! Here I come new computer!

So I got back my research paper in Communications, the one that I did over the linquistic relativity of Seinfeld, and I got a 94! MUHAHA Take that you fucks.
Shereen is standing over me right now, she wanted me to tell you this. Erik just tried to send me a link of a chick eating out another chick, but the school blocked it, so the library will not be educated today on the birds and the awesome.
So I got Guild Wars, Joe is right, it's a lot like Diablo II, but in a 3-D world, and way pretty. The game looks really nice. I havent played much though, because of school, but I've had fun but I like WoW better right now. I think it's best to not think of Guild Wars as an MMO, but just this online game where gamers all over America meet in various cities in game, and meet up with people to do quests. Because there are no areas, or dungeons where you can run into people. There are plenty of NPC's walking around, but none of them are real. So if I were to compare this to WoW, that wouldnt be fair, because it's really not a true MMO. But it's still a cool, well done game, that is doing something that no other company has the balls to do, so good for them. Of course there is a reason that the game resembles Diablo so much, the fellas over at blizzard north that made diablo (the head guys) quit Blizzard and joined NCSoft and made this game. There are so many little things that resemble Diablo directly, like Identifying Scrolls, hireing of NPC's, random chests or hidden stashes, things like that.
Anyways, French starts in 15 min, and I'm on foot today, so I've got to start walking over to Kauffman. Then it's lunch with Munkie, then a Final at 6:30!

There have been some wispers around the OEF network the past few days... Guild Wars is out now, a FREE MMORPG that rewards skill more than levels and hours played. A new MMO system that eliminates any annoying thing from an MMO completley. Can't find a full party? Just recruit some computer AI to come along with you and your other buddies. No compitition for farming, the main stretches of land between zones are barren, only for you and your team. Each quest and instance are created for your party alone. And they have taken the best part of City of Heros, when you are in a town, and a specific number of people have entered the town, it creates a series of other "zones" that you can switch between depending on where you party is located. And there is only one American server, so it doesnt matter if we create on a specific server, this will allow us to play with people we meet after we start playing, like with my friends from work.
I havent actually played guild wars since beta weekend back in November, but I had fun then, and I've been hearing lots of cool/good things. I still enjoy WoW, but it might be fun to try something new, with more of us playing it would be fun. I hope to see the LAN house picking up this game, Max, JayJay, Adam and Token, and I'm sure Erik and Joe will pick it up too. I just hope to get JP to pick it up, and maybe even Pepe since he deleted his freaking character (sigh) anyways.
