it is not hidden at all… in deus ex 2, all you have to do is kill an npc girl or something.

I dont think its real, id like to see it for my self, its to easy to photoshop that, and i cant see a gaming company putting that in the game.

well now we cant even argue whether or not the picture is real because someone has made the link unavailable. also, i think we would have heard a much larger outcry from the gaming community let alone the media had this been real. then again i could be wrong and just that this particular NPC is extremely hard to find or something.
