watching the blue bar

I type this as i watch windowsupdate do its thing, i never thought it could take so long. Despite that, i have worked all day on this wireless internet / office / phone / setup / moving thing. Not too bad, but it did chew up 12 hours of my time today thus far. Today was one of those days where i wonder what is going to happen next. I had some weird deja vu experiences again where i felt like i have experienced this all before, down to the order i do some tasks… very creepy feeling. In simpler terms i would really like to know where things are headed for the next 6 months - 1 year, because right now i quite frankly don’t know. On the bright side of things, i am happy to be where i am and wouldn’t be anywhere else at this time. There are a lot of nifty things on the horizon and i cannot wait to see what happens (just knowing some of them would be nice.)

The only complaint i have right now is lack of “free” time. I still have not had time to change my style sheet for mt, nor work much on the abysmalsoftware.com backend software.

Lastly, a thanks to Joe for pointing out something about freelancer, I have since then been playing it and enjoying the single player side of things. I hope to get invovled in the multiplayer section here pretty soon.

Just remember that Freelancer is FREE! There’s a bunch of servers you can play on the internet, and you can play on them all (except for the passworded ones) with the burned copy of freelancer.

After playing it online with other people, playing the single player just seemed pointless to me. We all play on a server called “[scapers universe]”, but the max players is only 10 people and it also doesn’t allow PKing (I like player versus player), so I’m probably going to be moving to a bigger and better server that allows player damage.
